Modern Warare 2 Mapathy DLC

It's official! The COD MW2 first DLC has been announced on Tom's Hardware that it'll be avaialable on March 30th to the xbox community. Apparently, MS did something right and was able to obtain exclusive rights to first distro of the content. This mean xbox gets it before PC and PS3 players. Go Xbox!

Halo: Reach Beta

Also during X10, it was announced that the Halo reach Beta will be available to folks who purchased Halo 3: ODST. The beta will only be avaiable via the ODST game disk so if you don't have it you wan't be able to check out the beta. The date for the Reach Beta is May 3rd.

During the interviews, bungie alluded that this will be their last Halo title and that they are looking forward to the next big thing. It's up to opinion if the next big thing will be bigger than the entire Halo franchise. Leaves one to wonder what bungie has planned.

Modern Warfare 2 Map Pack

The folks over at joystiq have been enjoying the X10 put on by Microsoft. This is the event to showcase upcoming titles and DLC for the 360. During that time it was announced that the first installment of DLC for MW2 is coming this spring. Finally, some new maps headed our way!

Are you salivating yet?? The game that'll probably be voted game of the year is releasing next week. Given the quality of teaser trailers it should be a great game!

Halo 3 ODST release coming!

Well, it's almost here. Another highly anticipated Halo release from our friends at Bungie. So the burning question is, are you getting it? I've pre-ordered mine and will be looking forward to playing it. Hopefully the story line int he campaign will be good and the multiplayer maps won't suck.

Going along with this bungie has updated the Bungie.net profile stats to include ODST. They've also included a road to recon list that shows what achievements you have left to get the oh so coveted recon armor. If you have been there in a while go check it out.

COD: World at War Map Pack 3 Release

The date is finalized. August 6th is the day that we'll be treated to the new maps. Hopefully the marketplace won't be bogged down with people getting the maps. See ya online for more zombie killing fun!

Call of Duty: World at War Map Pack 3 Announced

Yes you read it right. They're dolling out another map pack for World at War. This one is the same deal as the last, 3 new multiplayer maps and a new zombie map. There's also an additional 10 achievements for the zombie map and a new perk. Not to mention teleporters! Hopefully they'll be building on the success of Shi no numa as I believe that is the most liked zombie map to date.
